Above & Beyond on Our 25th Anniversary
Our stay at the Hilton Frankfurt came about unexpectedly after low water levels on the Rhine caused a last-minute change to our European trip and as luck would have it, we ended up in Frankfurt on the night of our 25th wedding anniversary! A very special thank you to Francisco, who truly went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. He was incredibly kind and helpful and managed to secure us a reservation at a wonderful steak restaurant that was an absolute 10 out of 10. It turned what could have simply been an unexpected overnight stop into such a special anniversary memory. Thank you, Francisco, for your kindness, hospitality, and extra effort. It meant more to us than you know and was the perfect reminder that sometimes the unexpected parts of a trip become some of the best memories!

Miserable, rude Woodhall manager!
Location was ok. Rooms were good, quiet and spacious. The breakfast experience was awful. We were herded through by the unfriendly male manager, giving the impression that we were an inconvenience. He obviously has a 2 tier welcome, as the German couple were greeted friendly and asked if they wanted coffee??? I understand German!! He later reached across me and in to me whilst I was talking, to take a plate. Rude and unnecessary. I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend.

Flawless Hospitality, Outstanding Staff, and Unmatched Views!
From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. The level of service, cleanliness, and genuine warmth from every staff member was world-class. Check-in was an absolute breeze thanks to Christina, who was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and even welcomed us with ice cream—such a delightful touch after traveling! I also want to extend a special thank you to Samantha, who coordinated our room upgrade via email prior to our arrival with total professionalism and care. We were placed in Room 1208, and the views were spectacular. Having a room where you can watch both the sunrise and sunset made our mornings and evenings feel truly special. The food and dining recommendations were another major highlight. Zefer and the front desk team pointed us toward authentic, local German dining experiences rather than tourist traps, which made our culinary outings fantastic. Each morning, the breakfast spread was beautifully catered with an impressive variety of fresh choices. The breakfast crew operates like a well-oiled machine with radiant energy. A special shoutout to Gabriele at the omelette station—when my wife asked how he was doing, his smiling response of "always good!" completely set the positive tone for our day. If you are looking for a pristine, welcoming, and exceptionally managed stay in Frankfurt, this is the place to be. We cannot wait to return!

The real secret recipe of this hotel is its amazing team of carefully selected, top-notch professionals. The staff is consistently welcoming, attentive, professional, warm, and incredibly efficient, while still managing to make every guest feel personally valued. It's rare to find a hotel where such a large team consistently delivers this level of service. There is a genuine sense of pride and dedication that cannot simply be achieved through training or management policies but rather comes from the people themselves. Their attention to detail and the way they anticipate guests’ needs are what transform a stay from “good” into something truly memorable, and Hilton Frankfurt City Centre has clearly assembled something very special. It's truly an exceptional hotel, powered by an exceptional group of people and with no doubt the benchmark by which I judge every other Hilton property. Great service
3rd visit to Frankfurt, and second time at the Hilton Frankfurt City Center. This will be my go-to hotel for all my future visits. Service was fantastic. I informed the hotel that we would be arriving from a transatlantic flight and requested an early check in. Granted. I reserve connecting rooms for my family. Granted. I requested non-feather pillows. Already in place. As a Hilton Honors member I was also given a free room upgrade and free breakfast. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is very walkable to everything we wanted to do in Frankfurt. Breakfast buffet was large and tasty. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Frankfurt.

Excellent Location and Perfect Staff
Great location and amazing staff with special thanks to Niki and Tobias who really arranged and made an amazing upgrade to suite with great view to the garden Breakfast was beautiful and delicious Huge swimming pool and great executive lounge with great drinks

Amazing hotel one of the best Hiltons in Europe
Excellent hotel, great location, delicious restaurant. Great rooms and wonderful experience. One of the best Hilton hotels in Europe. The executive lounge was 2 floors with great views. Amazing hotel! Very good value!

Frankfurt - quick visit
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Frankfurt City Centre and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Frankfurt. The location is absolutely perfect — very central and convenient for exploring the city, shopping, restaurants, and major attractions. Everything felt easily accessible, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Our hotel room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job and we always felt relaxed coming back to the room after a busy day of sightseeing. What truly stood out was the exceptional friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. The executive lounge was excellent, offering a relaxing atmosphere along with a great selection of food and beverages. Breakfast each morning was also outstanding with plenty of delicious options and high-quality food. Overall, this hotel delivered an excellent experience in every way — outstanding location, excellent service, clean rooms, and fantastic food offerings. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Frankfurt!

Even if you are not in this hotel’s fabulous Presidential Suite, you will feel just that level of hospitality from GM Marc and his incredibly dedicated to the highest of Hilton standards staff (including Reservations Manager Samantha and Operations Director Johannes). Every team member is there to service your every need and they do so with such a cosmopolitan flair. And as for the Presidential Suite, oh my! The view is of all of Frankfurt from giant windows in all 3 rooms of this sprawling space, complete with a kitchen featuring a 2-burner stove, almost a full-size refrigerator, microwave and kettle. Once you relax in the luxurious bath tub (shower is separate), you will never want to get out. And there is additionally a half-guest bath with toilet and sink. A dining table seats 6 and the living area is enormous. If you do make it out of that wonderful tub, your last stop could well be the super-sized King bed with fluffy pillows fit for royalty. Yes, more picture windows here and the city lights at night are fantastic. A side window opens for a breeze, too. An Executive Lounge is one floor below your 12th/top floor palace, where there are light snacks and beverages available all day, with warm appetizers 6-8 p.m. (weekends 5-7). Breakfast in the beautiful Park Restaurant & Terrace on the Lobby floor is everything you could possibly want, hot and cold, beginning at 6:30 a.m. (weekends, 7). There is also an omelette station for made-to-order. After that feast, you will want to visit the Fitness Center, a full-service gym operated by Fitness First and accessed from Floor 1 just above the Lobby. Free weights, machines, mats, all calling your name. Special thanks to Samantha who helped tailor our needs to the absolute most perfect accommodation… to Johannes who came out to personally greet us on arrival… and especially to a true connoisseur of hospitality in GM Marc, whose entire operation seems to echo the mission of founder Conrad Hilton’s vow “to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality.” Thank you, Marc, for making us feel so very, very special as welcomed guests for 3 beautiful days we shall remember forever. Great hotel and staff but elevator issues
A regular visitor to this hotel. On this occasion was fortunate enough to have an upgrade to a Junior Suite. Wonderful. Thank you This is a great hotel the staff are always most polite and helpful. Michelle on the front desk was most professional in the way she managed an issue with room rates. A pleasure to manage a difficult situation. One night the elevator stopped between the 10th and 11th floor. The alarm and communication system in the lift. It was only after calling reception we got some attention and eventually the situation was resolved. Had a person been of nervous disposition the fact you could not communicate with anybody via the elevator communication system is less than satisfactory. In spite of this I plan to teturn
