One night passing through. Part of a bespoke package arranged by Audley Travel.
From German and David on reception who upgraded us to a suite on arrival without a request to the gentleman on the door to the restaurant staff, everyone was impeccably presented and balanced friendly professional perfectly. The suite was of generous proportions and split into two with all he area and a bedroom en-suite area. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. What’s not to like about croissants filled with strawberries and cream. All in a good stay and would definitely use again in in the area.

Position with a view of the lake and the city of Puno which, although far from the center, is worth the experience. Wonderful sunset view! Super abundant and rich breakfast available from 5 in the morning. Comfortable beds, very elegant and welcoming hall with a billiard table. Very fast laundry service

Its maintenance is very good. The service is very good. The view from the rooms is incredibly beautiful. The breakfast is delicious and complete. The food in general is exquisite. The outdoor spaces allow you to experience Lake Titicaca in all its splendor. The hotel has an experiences office where they organize everything you need in tours and transportation.

Worth it without a doubt
The view from the room to the lake is very cool. We did the Sunset experience, where they provide a cold cuts board and some other treats, wine, hot chocolate, with a bonfire, in a place with a fantastic view.
