NH Centre Utrecht adventure
Room was a great base and place to sleep. Room was fairly clean when I checked in but they did not honor the no housekeeping reward system and only provided 2 free waters instead of other promised rewards and only 2 of 4 days.

Excellent hotel in a great location
We loved our time at this gem of a hotel in the center of town. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we especially appreciated the environmentally conscious offer of a free beverage in exchange for not requiring the staff to clean our room every day.

Cozy small room with private bathroom, amazing duvets and bedding, beautifully scented cosmetics, blackout curtains, the option to turn on heating, plenty of tea options and enough storage space. Super staff at the reception and also available are small refreshments for breakfast or snack.

- • Windows facing a busy road. If the windows were closed, it was manageable, but when I opened the windows, the traffic noise and loud people could be heard long after midnight. Occasionally, the floor shook after larger buses passed by.

- • The hotel has a good location, but in Utrecht, there are road constructions all over the city center, so traffic is one-way in many places. The GPS simply cannot follow this. Therefore, it could not find the relatively nearby parking lot, and if a kind local does not get into the car to guide us there, we will never find it.

- • We stayed from Friday to Saturday night, and there was a lot of noise from outside. Hardly slept because of this. Lots of shouting outside, and in the morning hours, there was a market right in front of the hotel which also brought a lot of noise. Unfortunately, the curtains let in quite a bit of light, which didn't help. The carpet was very rough, which, if you have sensitive soles, is not pleasant to walk on

The location of this hotel was perfect! So close to everything, with the church right across the street!
