Overall, I had a good stay, but the owners should pay more attention to comfort.
The staff were very polite and helpful. The location is very convenient, especially if you want to visit all the main attractions in the city. There is also an elevator for luggage, which is very useful.

- • The rooms are a bit outdated and need renovation. The hotel is located on a street frequently used by police and ambulances, so it can be quite noisy. The washbasin in the bathroom is not very practical, and water tends to splash everywhere after use.

- • A hotel with a bad smell of mustiness and humidity. There was no reception or phone to communicate if we needed anything. The sink was outside the room and smelled very bad. For breakfast, we had to go to another hotel and the food was scarce. The TV remote control did not work.
I can only recommend it. Beautiful surroundings, delicious breakfast.
We were satisfied with everything, beautiful room. Daily cleaning. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The reception and breakfast are not in the same building but across the street, very close. And we could leave our luggage at the reception, which was great. They were very kind.

- • The description included 24-hour reception. That did not happen at all. One night we forgot our key card in the room, despite ringing and calling the number provided, no one answered or came out. We were lucky that someone finally showed up after half an hour.
We loved our stay in Lisbon
The metro is right in front of the hotel, really great for sightseeing. The location is in an area with several nearby restaurants catering to all tastes. The room is clean and well-equipped. The breakfast was plentiful and sufficient from opening to closing. Welcoming and attentive staff
