Comfortable hotel
The room was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. They changed the towels and made the room every day. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe to return at night. It is a 15-minute walk from Puerta Susa and has public transport another 10 minutes' walk away that takes you to the center (it's a 1-hour walk that can be done perfectly because the streets and areas are safe). It has many large supermarkets nearby so it solves a lot to be able to buy water and food. In March 2026, 5 nights cost 373€, without breakfast, double room. Fair price.

- • The hotel furniture (tables, chairs, bedside tables) is quite old and it is clear that it has already passed its useful stage. Although the cleaning was very good, the hotel needs a fresh coat of paint and to remove stains that do not go away with normal cleaning (nothing terrible). The bathroom screen is a bit cumbersome and it is very difficult to get in and out.

- • Just arrived (late evening) I didn't have cash and to avoid paying 2.30€ for the tourist tax with a credit card, I told the guy at the Reception that I would withdraw money from the ATM the next morning and would give that negligible amount. He looked at me strangely. Honestly, this thing made me laugh a lot. I booked a room without breakfast but hearing that I could add it for 7.50€ seemed really exaggerated to me. Otherwise, everything was great

Fantastic
The attention of the staff is incredible. They care about EVERY detail. Very warm rooms (consider that it's cool there in March), very very clean, they have balconies, restaurants around to eat, dine and have breakfast. They also have a cafeteria within the hotel premises! Totally recommended!!!
