Fantastic! Top host! Close to the arena. Large nice bathroom and hosts who do more for the guest than expected.
Breakfast not included but everything was there to make your own. Free delicious coffee or tea.

Perfect vacation!
The location is truly perfect: right in the center, steps away from everything, allowing you to move comfortably without the need for a car. The autonomy offered by the property makes the vacation even more practical and relaxing. The room exceeded my expectations: I expected something smaller, instead it was spacious enough for a B&B, with a lovely little balcony and a brand new and impeccably clean bathroom. As soon as we entered, we found the room well heated, a detail much appreciated in November! Also very much appreciated was the attention to detail: the bathroom kit with a file, cotton pads, and other accessories is a non-trivial plus, as well as the shower set, really great. The staff was very kind and always available. I will definitely recommend this property!
