Absolutely everything, from the moment the door opens to welcome you, it smells beautiful, you find yourself in a beautiful house with a mix of Mexico with class and contemporary, impeccable every corner, with beautiful taste in decoration, its good-sized pool with warm water and resting area, the rooms each with their very personal and unique touch (it will definitely be my place to stay every time I come to Mérida, right in the center of the city a few steps from Paseo Montejo, the most beautiful avenue in Mérida, with the most beautiful and chic restaurants to visit

The staff has a friendly and cordial treatment, attentive to the client's needs, excellent breakfast, delicious 3-course meal. The bed very comfortable, the room huge, clean. Excellent climate.

- • The lock of my room was not working well, yet we had the confidence that nothing was lost. The wardrobe scent, I imagine because it is made of wood, they could put an odor absorber or a mild air freshener or air it out before the customer arrives.
Everyone was very attentive, knowledgeable, and smiley. We had the best times of our vacation by staying there.

Exceptional stay and unbeatable treatment
I have no words enough to thank the treatment received during our stay. We loved EVERYTHING: the attention of the staff, the room, the breakfast, and the facilities. Altogether, everything makes the experience truly exceptional. Among all the options that Mérida offers, this place is a true gem. I take this opportunity to send a very big hug to Carla and the whole team, who are wonderful people. I hope to be able to return very soon!

Not what I expected for the price. Not good.
The bed was comfortable. There was a coffee maker and the bathroom was nice. The little swimming pool was refreshing. Good location. The staff were friendly and lovely.

- • I paid £178 for 2 nights for a small windowless room. The wooden 'window' did not have glass so there was absolutely no privacy. I did not enjoy my stay. I very rarely make a complaint but this was not a comfortable room for the amount I paid. I didn't realize that at the time. I need to contact the hotel via Booking.com.
