the staff is friendly and courteous, attentive to the customer's needs, excellent breakfast, delicious 3-course meal. very comfortable bed, huge, clean room. Excellent climate.

- • the lock on my room wasn't working well, yet we had the confidence that nothing was lost. The wardrobe scent, I imagine due to being made of wood, they could put an odor absorber or mild air freshener or air it out before the customer arrives.
Everyone was very attentive, knowledgeable, and smiley. We had the best times of our vacation by staying there.

Exceptional stay and unbeatable treatment
I have no words enough to thank for the treatment received during our stay. We loved EVERYTHING: the staff's attention, the room, breakfast, and the facilities. Overall, everything made the experience truly exceptional. Among all the options that Mérida offers, this place is a real gem. I take this opportunity to send a big hug to Carla and the whole team, who are wonderful people. I hope to be able to return very soon!

Not what I expected for the price. Not good.
The bed was comfortable. There was a coffee maker, and the bathroom was nice. The little swimming pool was refreshing. Good location. The staff were friendly and lovely.

- • I paid £178 for 2 nights for a small windowless room. The wooden 'window' did not have glass, so there was absolutely no privacy. I did not enjoy my stay. I very rarely make a complaint, but this was not a comfortable room for the amount I paid. I didn't realize that at the time. I need to contact the hotel via Booking.com.

- • Room rather spartan, only a small water, no glasses, only on repeated requests 2nd blanket more towels. Breakfast good, but little choice (e.g. no juice)

Extremely pleasant small private hotel in the best central location, courtyard with a small pool, all very well-kept. The staff is great, friendly, and accommodating! With the experience of many years of travel in various countries, one of the most sympathetic hotels. Highly recommended in every way, especially if you prefer a private personal atmosphere. 5 stars!

- • Not very bright room Quite noisy location No parking and very tricky to park around Lots of mosquitoes Staff doesn't speak English at all, which can be problematic
