Great stay. Definitely recommend
We loved our time here. Lovely hotel, with a clean, spacious room. Great location, nice pool to escape the heat in. Karime was a massive help the entire time, lovely and always with a big smile. Recommend!

Absolutely everything, from the moment the door opens to welcome you, it smells beautiful, you find yourself in a beautiful house with a mix of Mexico with class and contemporary, impeccable every corner, with beautiful taste in decoration, its good-sized pool with warm water and rest area, the rooms each with their very personal and unique touch (it will definitely be my place to stay every time I come to Mérida, right in the center of the city just steps from Paseo Montejo, the most beautiful avenue in Mérida, with the most beautiful and chic restaurants to visit

The staff has a friendly and cordial treatment, attentive to the customer's needs, excellent breakfast, delicious 3-course meal. Very comfortable bed, huge, clean room. Excellent climate.

- • The lock on my room wasn't working well, yet we had the confidence that nothing was lost. The wardrobe scent, I imagine because it's made of wood, could use an odor absorber or a mild air freshener or be aired out before the customer arrives.
Everyone was very attentive, knowledgeable, and smiley. We had the best times of our vacation by staying there.
