- • The bathroom would fill with water and had no ventilation, causing the room to smell damp. The odor was not excessive. What I liked least was how the bathroom was designed (not for beauty) because the water didn't drain well and it would flood since there was no difference between the floor and the shower tray (same level)

- • Not deeply clean. We had privacy issues due to a window on the roof that allowed people in other rooms to see us (Junior Double Room). Wifi was below average.

- • We did not receive much information upon our arrival. Showers were only hot in the evening, no warm water before around 7 pm.

- • Room isolation is non-existent, soundproofing as well (you can hear the neighbors and people in the corridors incredibly well), for the shower, you shouldn't be taller than 1m85 if you don't want to hit your head on the showerhead, the bedding is poor (mattress as hard as a rock as well as the pillows), no ventilation in the bathroom so it constantly smells of damp if you don't leave the room aired 24/24. For breakfast (which only starts at 8:30 am), don't be in a hurry: 40 minutes wait for 2 Nutella crepes costing 40 dh each, a shame. Non-existent staff, no smiles, no words, just behind the reception desk on the phone. As for the tourist tax, I had asked IN ADVANCE if they accepted euros, they assured me they did (proof in messages) only to refuse them when the time came because, I quote: 'we don't take coins'... I owed 8€. Difficult to come up with an 8€ note. In short, definitely avoid this place, we don't understand how this hotel can be rated so highly.
The location is fantastic, close to everything. One small downside is the proximity to the minaret and the very early and aggressive call to prayer

- • The rooftop is completely abandoned. Too bad, we would have liked to have breakfast in the sun!
