Nice stay
Very conveniently located, close to the station. Lots of grocery stores nearby. Staff were helpful, especially assisting us in forwarding our luggage to the next destination using Yamoto as the Mimaru service was fully booked. Room was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped.

We booked a total of 6 rooms and stayed for four nights. In one of the rooms, someone's newly bought shoes were stolen. When we reported it to the front desk, they clearly did not want to help and even pretended not to understand the language. Later, a male companion had to go to the front desk to help, and the missing shoes were miraculously found!!! Totally ridiculous...
The environment is relatively clean, the check-in process went smoothly, and having luggage scales on the first floor is very convenient.

- • The cleaning staff's hands and feet are not clean, and the front desk service attitude... not very good.
Good room and staff.
The room is well designed and comfortable for four people (two adults and two teens). Lots of space for luggage. We used the laundry, which was very convenient. The beds were good, and the shower pressure was amazing. I liked having a small kitchen.

After cleaning the room, items left in the room went missing... The hotel staff's handling attitude was not proactive.

Short stay in a cozy and very pleasant hotel
Attentive and very helpful staff. We even had the chance to meet a person at the reception who speaks French. The Pokémon room is beautiful. Thank you
