Fantastic host's friendliness, the house was spacious and well-maintained, equipped with all comforts. Excellent welcome, easy parking under the house and excellent directions to enter. Very convenient bus stops to reach the center.

Conveniently located quiet apartment, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, where you want to return again.
Everything is well thought out down to the smallest details, starting from welcome gifts on the table and in the fridge and ending with excellent equipment in both rooms, kitchen, and bathroom with absolutely everything needed. I really liked that the apartment owner was in constant and very responsive communication, responding to all our requests. Despite the sudden cold outside, the spacious apartments maintained a comfortable temperature at all times thanks to the "smart home" heating system. Good sound insulation absorbed street noises and did not disturb our rest. Convenient location to reach the center by bus in 10 minutes.

Great spacious location, very close to the fair!
Very easy check-in, great position very close to the fair. House was big, clean and spacious. Host was great in meeting all our needs. thank you!

- • The apartment is above a busy road and even busier railway... It was very noisy during the night. What I had a personal problem with but may be normal within Bologna is that despite having heating, you can adjust the temperature to a maximum allowed by the city, which is 18-19 degrees at night - meaning the heating is not working and turns off because you have reached the maximum temperature as stated above... and 20-21 degrees in the apartment during the day, which is mainly not important as you are mostly away from the apartment. It is horrible to wake up at 3 o'clock feeling cold and having to sleep with a blanket on your head wondering why the heating is off... The owner adjusted the temperature +1 degree for us but no, this is not acceptable for me to go somewhere and feel cold at night. I am very sorry to give this bad review but this disappointed me very much. I chose the apartment according to reviews as I always check the location and almost none of the reviews mentioned a noisy road and railway, and none mentioned limits within heating and temperature in the apartment. Also, if you want to pay for parking, you have to look for it and there is one for the whole block, we found it by accident while driving a car..
