Without air conditioning, it's very tough
The staff is welcoming and smiling. The establishment is close to the airport. Fresh water awaits you in the fridge.

- • The air conditioning was not working, the room was like an oven! The only way to lower the temperature was to open the window facing an extremely noisy boulevard and a plane every 10 minutes. Soundproofing is totally non-existent, you could hear all the passersby in the corridor. And unlucky, the sink was clogged.

Was only a few minutes by taxi to the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was simple, clean, air con worked a treat and was all I needed for one night.

Great location and value for money
Close to the airport great location if you have an early morning flight. Front desk staff are excellent very polite caring and friendly.

- • Kitchen needs a little bit of deep cleaning. Breakfast was included variety of food is good however the lady that worked in the kitchen was having a bad day I guess
Good location, close to the airport, close to bus stops. There are many places around for eating. Karteros beach is 10 minutes by bus.

Excellent location. Close to the airport. Markets, cafes, restaurants, and pharmacies close by. Rental car companies and public transportation are easily accommodated. Super friendly staff.

- • Clean and concise rooms. A well-maintained property. Surprisingly quiet for the middle of town. There was a little breakfast buffet that exceeded my expectations. Great variety, fresh fruit, and great coffee. Excellent value for the price.

The breakfast is very well done. The team is super warm, we loved our stay so much. The noise is not heard as long as the double shutter windows are closed, good soundproofing for a hotel 20 minutes walk from the airport. Also a 20-minute walk from the port so convenient for all activities. The shuttle pick-up point is a 2-minute walk away as well as the buses, an ideal location to not worry about visiting Crete.

- • Everything was really superb, cleaning every day with respectful housekeeping ladies and even personal belongings in absence, I really liked it a lot.
