Great location, poor communication
Great location close to Quinta de Regaleira and city centre. Spacious rooms. Good breakfast if it is included in your room price.

- • Communication was not good. Try to arrive during their working hours, before 5pm or better before 4pm, after that you are on your own. We came around 9:30 pm. You are supposed to use the lock box to get your keys. It was old and rusty, so it took a while to get it opened by guessing the position of the dials - it wasn't as instructed. And of course, after 9 pm nobody was answering the phone or texts. We were lucky to open that box, otherwise we would have to look for another hotel at night. They oiled the boxes after we told them about the issue, not sure if it helped or how often they check the state of those boxes. We stayed in Vinhos Verdes room. Shower door is about two centimeters above the floor, so you have to be very careful when taking a shower, or you will flood your bathroom.

Sintra is located on a mountain, wooded, fairy-tale-like with a lot of history.

- • Accessibility was not easy, the accommodation was difficult to find. Taking the wrong road, you have to drive 12 km to get back to the same point. There is hardly any parking at the accommodation.

- • The bathroom had problems with the shower drain, it took time for the water to drain, and also in the sink, the water took time to drain. The shower door did not close properly, access to the hotel is very confusing, there is no parking, I had to park the car far away, I will not return, that's my opinion.

- • Lack of attention to detail in cleaning. The cleanliness of the toilets and bed was impeccable, but the floor in the bathroom and throughout the accommodation is deficient
