Satisfaction.
The room we chose was large and nice. We didn't have any security issues. Everything was fine. Located in the city center, close to everything. The breakfast buffet is very good. The staff are excellent. The reception and service personnel are friendly.

- • The only issue was the poor electrical system; they all have to be turned on and off at the same time. This needs to be fixed. There was also a delay in room cleaning one day.
Not Booking in this hotel again
To be fair, the hotel has many positive aspects. The location is excellent and very close to shopping centers and major tourist attractions. The hotel staff were all amazing, friendly, and always willing to help and provide comfort for the guests. The cleanliness of the hotel was also very good.

- • Unfortunately, the negatives completely ruined my experience. During my entire stay, I was unable to sleep properly because the AC was extremely hot and barely cooling the room. I contacted maintenance, and although they tried to help, they told me this was the maximum cooling the AC could provide. In addition, the window curtains did not close completely, allowing sunlight to enter the room early in the morning. I am not exaggerating or being unfair — I genuinely could not sleep throughout my stay, and unfortunately, I did not enjoy my vacation because of this issue.

Good hotel but not value for money
It was well located, the room was a good size, it was clean and the service was prompt.

- • There was no water in the room - you had to go to a cooler to fill water. If you want to be eco friendly then provide glass bottles. There were no amenities in the bathroom, not even a shower cap - let alone ear buds or face pads. I would have expected to pay less where even a shower cap was not probifed
