- • Charged a $200 security deposit which has not been refunded to me after 10 days. This is very poor customer service and business practice for a hospitality business. Will now have to take legal action to recover my money.

- • The blasted dishwasher beeped all night but unfortunately I didn’t realise there was one and couldn’t pinpoint where the noise was coming from.
I still have not received my bond of 200 dollars and its been more than 7 days.
