So-called best resort hotel
It was an ideal resort hotel. I didn't play in the sea, so I can't evaluate that, but the other facilities and services were excellent. It was a sufficient pool for a 2nd-grade child, and they could enjoy playing board games in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was also delicious.

- • I think it's a bit far and inconvenient to tour George Town in Penang. However, this applies to resort hotels in the Batu Ferringhi area in general, so I don't think it's a problem with the Parkroyal Hotel.
Satisfied with everything. Clean, staff were cheerful and kind. Could see fireworks from the room.
