Excellent location, close to the city centre without being directly in a noisy area. Room was super clean and staff extremely nice and helpful. Rooms on the smaller side but still worked well for our stay.

Great stay, good location, overall easy and nice base :)
Nice staff, very clean property, 24/7 Reception. Bag storage before and after stay. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked good, good facilities and nice housekeeping.

- • Could have done with kettle in the room for a drink but there was coffee facilities in the reception.

Modern hotel in Edinburgh
Very friendly hotel with a strategic location close to the center, 20 min walk to the city. The rooms are small but very comfortable they lack a kettle etc etc. Digital controls are a bit temperamental. The breakfast is fantastic very varied with wide choice! The croissants are served still hot and are great! The staff make this hotel work.

- • Only thing I can comment on here is a personal situation and you must be aware as a traveler. Company policy of no understanding or compassion when something happens personally at home. So make sure when booking with this Hotel group you are 100% you are going to use the booking.

- • The breakfast is not worth it. It’s only £13 but it’s crowded, not much and runs out of food in minutes
