- • Location is weaker, right next to a whole street under construction, so dirt and waste everywhere. Play area for children very poor. Although right in front of the hotel there is a nice children's playground. Also, the breakfast staff was not very fast, did not collect dishes, things took a long time, and there was a limited selection.

Residence is in the center of Tay Ho, Hanoi. Around the hotel, there are many small coffee shops, small markets, and restaurants; only 15 minutes by taxi to the city center. The staff is very kind, nice, and very helpful. The breakfast is tasty, rooms are very comfortable and big. I travel to Hanoi very often and always stay in this hotel. Highly recommended !!!

The absolute highlight for us was the huge, heated indoor infinity pool with a view over the city. It was a real game-changer and we used it for hours every day. Since Hanoi can often be very bustling and overwhelming, this quiet retreat was worth its weight in gold. The breakfast was also fantastic - I actually ate the best Pho soup of my trip there! Our gigantic room offered perhaps the best value for money we have ever had (examples): Incredibly cozy beds, a heated toilet seat, extra speakers for the TV, and a Nespresso machine. If we travel to Hanoi again, we will definitely only book here. (By the way, we were accommodated quite high up and did not notice anything about the current construction work in the neighborhood!)

- • The only small point of criticism might be the location slightly outside the center. However, that can also be an advantage if you want to escape the hustle and bustle a bit! Thanks to Grab, everything is easily accessible anyway - for example, the famous Train Street is a relaxed 20-minute drive away.
