The room facilities are complete and convenient, just like living at home. There are shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, and the Honghu East Road MRT station is also close. Although it is not near popular tourist attractions, it is very convenient to travel and take a taxi. The staff is super helpful, providing us with a lot of assistance, helping us order takeout when we didn't know where to send it, and teaching us how to use taxi apps and express delivery apps, helping us find the delivered express and sending it to our room. The service staff is also enthusiastic and friendly. Seeing that I like to drink coffee, they gave me some extra. In short, it's great!

- • Almost every day guests smoke with the door open. I understand that hotel staff do not want to conflict with guests, but under the clear indoor no-smoking rules, this behavior needs to be stopped and managed.
