Amazing stay
The hotel room was very roomy and very clean, the private open air bath was the highlight, the hotel offered free hot/cold drinks and ice cream which was a nice touch , we loved our stay here, the staff eere very approachable and friendly

Beautiful, clean hotel with multiple options for onsen experiences.
The dinner was exceptional, highly recommend the multiple course traditional meal. The onsen in the room was relaxing after a long day of exploring. We also tried the private onsen which was nice as well.

Das Verpflegungspaket mit Zimmer und privatem Bad hat sich sehr gelohnt. Die Küche ist hervorragend und ganz typisch japanisch. Man wird rundum umsorgt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Stayed in this hotel for one night, and it was a great way to relax and decompress during my trip.
Great place to stay, view of Hakone from inside my hotel room was amazing. The amenities were amazing, public bath, private bath (two types, no reservation), free endless drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and free ice cream bars just outside the hot spring baths. They also gave you your own loungewear to use within the hotel, which you can use to walk around and can take to dinner/breakfast in the hotel. That leads me to my dinner and breakfast experience here, beyond amazing!!! Dinner was absolutely delicious, and breakfast was also pretty good.
