Sad
We felt that our family was treated with prejudice, particularly toward Asian guests, and with a troubling lack of respect for women, children, and elderly people. The emotional harm caused to my child and my mother is something that cannot be ignored. I expect the hotel to take responsibility by refunding the full booking amount and covering the unexpected expenses we were forced to incur, including transportation and accommodation elsewhere.

Maybe bring your own pillows
Great location, easy access to Central Station and the light rail. Right next door to The Capitol Theatre and Chinatown so heaps of dining options. Only issue with the room was the sagging bed and large pillows. Room was quiet though

Nice hotel, good location
Very good hotel in a great location in Sydney's theatreland. Just a stone's throw from a tram stop and within walking distance (for us anyway) of the opera house and harbour bridge. Room was modern, clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfast was adequate, with a fair range of food - and you even got a cup of specialty coffee made personally for you. Breakfast was in part of the reception area and while it was not busy during our stay it may get crowded during busy periods. Both breakfast and reception staff were very attentive, And if you did not need housekeeping any particular day there is a 10$ credit to your bill.

What a great find.
This hotel checked all boxes. It was clean, comfortable and in a great area for our two-night stay. We had a basic room - good bed and shower. Breakfast was exactly what we needed to start our day. Room was cleaned daily but you had the option to bypass room cleaning and get a credit to spend at the hotel. Nice idea. All staff were friendly and helpful. It is close to Central Station as well as the light rail and we made good use of both. Area was safe - you need a key card to get into the hotel and then onto your floor. Again checked all boxes.

Everything we wanted - walking distance to public transport, dining, and shops. Very clean and comfy room, would appreciate a box of tissues though. Buffet brekkie was good. Would highly recommend.

I've stayed here often. In the middle of the bustling theatre and Chinatown/Thaitown district of Sydney CBD, the location is perfect for those who like nightlife and excellent casual dining. It's a little oasis amongst this busy area, where your room is quiet and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. For those who like privacy, know that no one can even enter the building, let alone reach your floor, without either having their room key or requesting entry to the building with the intercom. The only thing I don't personally like is that it has one of those TVs that is so smart, it can't receive local free-to-air channels, but 100 other channels, of course. I've stayed here maybe 20 times now. It's my preferred hotel in this area, and may well become yours.

Good location, but noisy pub until Midnight on Sat
This is a well-located hotel and served its purpose. However, it does have a lot of pubs around, which could be noisy, especially on weekends until past midnight. The lobby has a distinct scent of perfume or cleaning agent that we didn’t quite like.
