- • I wanted to check out at 7:30, but there was no staff and I had to wait a bit. It's unimaginable that no one is there at this time. There was no tissue in the room.

- • The rooms are tiny and don’t have a cupboard at all. From some of the windows you can only see a wall. The breakfast room is quite small for the number of guests, so you sometimes have to wait for a table to free up. The photos don’t look quite like the reality, so it was a bit of a disappointment.
If it's for 1 night, then it's a good choice

- • Honestly, the room was awful, absolutely not like in the photos. Not much space, everything is always wet in the shower because there are no partitions in the shower cabin. A bit dirty and shabby

Very well located near the center and main activities. Room quite spacious for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). No noise

- • We seemed to have bad luck with the room. The room was old and dirty, no closet. There was no space to sit on the toilet because the shower was connected right there. Pieced-together furniture. Dirty mattress. Unfortunately, not as shown in the photos, although other guests said their room was fine.
Very nice, older but completely renovated hotel with helpful staff
Excellent remodeled hotel, new amenities made it feel new; had a large 'family room' with space. Staff were very helpful when the dryer was broken but there was only 1 clothing dryer compared to 2 washing machines. Free umbrellas, not far from old Bergen, and the breakfast buffet was very good.

- • Having an extra clothes dryer would have been helpful. Having laundry facilities in a hotel in a city like Bergen was very helpful for us in advance since we were only staying 1-2 days per city. In a multi-city itinerary, this allowed us to plan to do laundry on arrival to Bergen, and take less clothing.
Central hotel but without luxuries
The central location and being able to have dinner at the tables in the breakfast area by putting your own food and drink. Good breakfast

- • The room was very small for 4. Ugly views from our room. Mattresses and pillows not very comfortable
