The stay was exceptional. We will definitely come back in late autumn.
Extremely perfect courteous service. Very friendly and especially forward-thinking staff. We often stay in hotels of this class, but the service here was the best we have had in recent years.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was super comfortable, beautiful, and the overall service was just amazing. A special thanks to the sweetest Hungarian-speaking staff member from Nagyvárad, he was so kind and constantly put a smile on our faces. The Hungarian waiter at breakfast was also ultra-friendly and attentive! And speaking of breakfast: it was mind-blowingly delicious, insanely flavorful, and beautifully presented. We loved every second of our stay, will definitely be back, and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna!

- • I don't like that breakfast is à la carte. I prefer a buffet, since you pay a high price for breakfast, the options offered by a menu are much more limited. The wifi in our room was not working. The staff did everything possible to fix the problem, but ultimately they couldn't.
