Hot days in Luxor
We loved the friendly bartender at Nobel's Bar in the hotel, he was an absolute gem. We arrived late and went to the bar to watch football. We were hungry, but the restaurants had already closed. He kindly brought us chips, cheese, olives, and buns so we would have something to eat. The breakfast was lovely, and Mariam made sure we had coffee and regularly asked if we needed anything. (The men serving there simply pointed to the coffee machine when we asked about coffee.) The chef making the omelets was friendly as well. The hotel's location is excellent, and the pool area is beautiful. The housekeeping staff kept entertaining us by creating towel sculptures in our room. The Egyptian boats were our favorite!

- • The male staff working in the breakfast room simply pointed to the coffee machine when we asked about coffee, even though the breakfast room was not busy. Unfortunately, construction was taking place next to the pool, so it wasn't possible to enjoy the view of the Nile from the pool area. The construction noise was also unpleasant. The cocktails at the hotel were overpriced. We received a nice handwritten note from the front desk welcoming us and wishing us a pleasant stay. However, when we returned to the hotel after sightseeing, no one asked how our day had been, which I found a bit surprising for a hotel of this standard.
I feel it was a nice dream, and I don't want to wake up.

- • the jacuzzi was very advanced technology so it takes time to understand and be familiar with it
