Hotel Rohan - very good location

Hotel Rohan is a small hotel with friendly staff. It´s location is great and it has a nice breakfast buffet.

A very comfortable stay

The hotel is wonderfully located in the centre of Münster and is very comfortable. Although the room was small, it was adequate. The breakfast is good and the staff are extremely friendly. I always enjoy coming back here.

You can’t beat the location

My wife and I travel a lot and stay in 4- and 5-star hotels, and Hotel Rohan did not disappoint. Our room was comfortable, clean, and cozy, plus the price was very affordable. Frederic at the front desk is an excellent host. He made us feel welcome and recommended an exceptional restaurant for dinner -- Aux Trois Chevaliers. The hotel is in the middle of all the action yet it feels like a quiet retreat. It's literally just steps from the Cathedral and historic Maison Kammerzell (best spot for lunch) and all the cobblestone streets lined with shops, restaurants, and other sites. It's also just a five-minute walk to the canals where you can enjoy a romantic stroll.

An absolute gem near the Cathedral

This is our second stay at this beautiful hotel. There attention to detail from when you check in to when you leave is flawless. We will definitely return in the future.

Good location but dirty rooms.

Upon entering the hotel lobby looks nice. Great location by the church in old town. Room was very large for Europe. However the room we had was dirty. The sink had permanent stains, the shower head with months of hard water grime, the toilet seat was loose/ had a stain in the center from what I assume was condensation/ serratia growth, the reading lights mounted to the wall were falling off/ loose, and numerous light switches did not work. The closet was chipped in a few places as was the wallpaper. Also the shower stall was about 3 feet too short meaning water splashed all over the black slippery tile floor. I’m not sure who designed this room but a red wall behind the bed and black tile for the bathroom ruins the charm of the wood floors/ location! Maybe it looks good for a photo? If it were me I’d find another spot for the amount charged. Location is really what stood out.

Great location but poor comfort

- Excellent location, a few steps from the Cathedral - Clean room, new bed sheets - Room smaller than originally booked - no place for cloths or anything else - Almost no amenities in the room - just TV, safe and a hairdryer - Incomplete information from some members of the staff - Several broken elements in the shower - We did not take breakfast in the hotel

The Heart of it All

What an amazing hotel and staff. Right by the cathedral, in the heart of the Christmas markets, everything in Strasbourg is walkable from here. Great rooms, nice breakfast, coffee and bar. Most importantly every single member of the staff cares deeply about their customers. There were so many little moments when they went the extra mile for us. I would love to go back there every year.

Beautiful hotel in Chelsea area.

Great location!

Hotel Rohan is steps away from the cathedral and centrally located to all of the must sees in Strasbourg. It is a short walk to trams. The breakfast was included and was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodations were roomy and the bathroom was modern. Because the weather was good we kept the windows open at night. It was too noisy early in the early morning for that! When we turned on the AC and kept the windows closed the noise was not an issue. A room in the back of the hotel faces a quiet street so perhaps that would have been a better choice if you want to keep the windows open. I highly recommend the hotel.
