- • Price-quality ratio, needs a bit of maintenance to be a 4-star. At this point, I think it's more of a three-star, so it should have a better price. All the amenities were good, spacious comfortable studio, good bathroom shower, good breakfast. But it's a very good three-star.

- • Breakfast is very bad, another very bad point is that they did not clean the room even though the sign explicitly mentioned the need. The explanation is that the staff leaves at 4:30 pm and we arrived at 4:00 pm and there was no time.
The location was perfect and the room was quiet. Amazing considering we were in town. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water to shower. Breakfast was fine.

- • Breakfast was terrible, insufficient and poor quality (previous day croissants, hard) and there was a lack of tableware (we had the fruit salad in coffee cups). Much maintenance is needed everywhere. Lack of taste details, like the "mop" at the entrance on the rainy day. They retained $150 when we arrived, on the credit card, to cover "possible damages" in the room (we are two very elderly people). The room lights were depressing, some did not turn on. The photos on room rental platforms do not match the reality of the hotel. Horrible. The photographer who deceived me is a master.
For a Recoleta experience, I would expect more.

- • Room 704 was outdated, with many tears and wear all over, dirty inside the fridge, see photos.

I highlight the positive, the location, the room, the staff, and the breakfast. However, despite the negative aspects, I would return.
Good location, very close to Retiro, Plaza San Martín, Santa Fe Street, various restaurants and shops, quiet area. Spacious, comfortable room facing the back which is quiet. Good varied breakfast. Everything neat; friendly staff.

- • I didn't like that when booking, the room description said it had a kitchenette with basic utensils and there was nothing, not even glasses. You had to request what you needed at the reception. I also didn't like that they asked for $100 as a guarantee in case you break something. They return it when you check out.
