A great goodbye
I mean what an experience, and it really is all thanks to the staff. A massive thanks to Victoria, Belen and Isabel who really made this trip special for us. My gf was heading off to Australia, and I put in a small request to have a little note in the room wishing her well, and they went so above and beyond. Giving us two drinks vouchers on top oh which they printed a little card out with Sydney Oprah house, and a enjoy Australia. It was something very small but made a massive difference, and led us to dinning in the restaurant. And whiles the pasta we got was a bit mid. They have hands down the best steak sandwich I've ever had. The rooms themselves where also perfect for what we wanted, with a balcony, which you rarely see these days. And well location....your across from the train station, and ideally for us, one of the few spots with 24 hour parking, which you can access at any point (handy for a 6 am flight) Overall a fantastic experience, now I do wish they made the fact the spa is an extra a bit clearer but that's a gripe with corporate not the staff.

The decor, the friendly staff, the comfortable beds and the executive lounge was a good spot!

- • There could have been .ore of a variety at Breakfast, and feel the spa facilities should've been complementary with the stay.

- • Stayed in room 435 Room was right beside train tracks. No warning. Trains running till midnight so no sleep was got till after they finished. Water was gushing through the pipes overhead all night. Was really loud Had to call maintenance to the room as the hot water wouldn't work. Fella that came in even said there was a problem with the taps that would have to be looked at. Took 30 minutes to run a luke warm bath. Booked an executive king room to get access to the club lounge that had continental breakfast. We went up between 8.30 and 9 and there was no pastries, no yogurt, timber knives to butter bread and the coffee machine was broken! We paid €25 each to access the "spa". We had to ring reception to fix it. The reception lady said she'd "reset" it. It stopped again less than 20 minutes later and they had to be rang again to fix it. Sauna also wasn't working. We gave up in the end and just left. Room was smashing. Just didn't think our experience was worth what we paid
