Worst possible experience as a Gold Member
Worst experience so far. After a long flight ✈️ from Bangalore, India 🇮🇳 to Beijing, China 🇨🇳 arrived at the hotel at 16.00 hours (Check in time was supposed to be 15.00 hours) the room was not ready till 17.30 hours 🥲🙃

Not Impressive
Not too bad, not too great, normal experience. An OLD design building, not too impressive. Service was below the expectation maybe because the expectation for a five-star hotel was too high.
