For me as a European, a completely different world.
Excellent service and always fresh water in sufficient quantity, really top. Breakfast buffet very varied, fresh and delicious.

- • Sometimes the halls seem a bit austere. But surely everyone perceives it differently.

The location was good. Very clean and very spacious rooms filled with amenities. Comfortable beds.

- • Arrived late with kids. We booked a 2-bed room. We were put in a smoking room although I booked non-smoking. Alternatively, we had to change into 2 regular rooms which were not even adjacent. Which means, my wife and I were sleeping in different rooms during our vacation. Also, the next day nobody from staff bothered to change the situation.
