- • Worst stay of my life. Room smell like cigarette Cigarette butt's on the carpet Someone's nail on the carpet Mould Noise from. Outside Rude owner called 'lulu' Absolute no no, avoid this hotel at any cost We got asked £10 for extra duvet.

- • Well the room was poorly maintained. Toilet didn’t flush very well the pillowcases and towels were in VERY poor condition! The bed was uncomfortable and squeaked. The bedside tables were falling apart .There was an ironing left board under the bed with no cover on it and no iron provided. There was no refrigerator in the room. There was an air-conditioner in the room but no remote. The amenities were very basic. It wouldn’t be somewhere I would stay again.

Perfectly location, great value for money. Staff very helpful and accommodated making room available earlier than check in time. Plenty of clean towels and hot water. Bed linen beautiful crisp and clean.

- • It was disgraceful random small black hairs all over the beds dirts stains all over the walls fag burns all on window one room was so hot couldn’t stay in it with my daughter gave us instant headache asked for help at reception and got told they can’t do anything radiator in the room was broken that’s why it was so hot and the smell through out the whole hotel was horrid

- • It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had while traveling! Everything was very dirty, and the person who attended to us was extremely rude! I had read negative reviews about the hotel, but I thought it wouldn't be this bad. How wrong I was! Avoid this place, the streets were cleaner than the room, I don't know ir they don't know what is a clean place or if they know and don't care, I can't say what option is worst, but the dirty was so clear that I can't assume they didn't notice it when gave us the room
