The staff were quite helpful when I was checking out, though less so during check-in. There is a lively local market nearby selling preserved fruits, nuts, and more. There are also several shops in the area, including Saint Ignatius Plaza, which houses a Uniqlo and a Muji. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided.

- • No hand soap was provided. There was also a lot of construction going on in the surrounding area. I encountered very rowdy guests; for instance, I was in the lift with a group of drunken individuals who were very loud and invaded my personal space. The room was also very dimly lit and did not feel clean. Overall, I felt unsafe in the building.
