Great Stay with the Perfect Balance of Relaxation and Fun during ADE.
Although the hotel is not located in the center of Amsterdam, during ADE we enjoyed the perfect balance between rest and partying thanks to the hotel’s relaxing atmosphere and peaceful location. Pros: We stayed at this hotel twice this year, and both times were a great experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is excellent. Public transportation is just a short walk from the hotel, and the surrounding area feels safe, quiet and modern. Our room had a balcony with beautiful views, which was a nice touch. The hotel has its own restaurant, and there are also plenty of great dining options nearby. A supermarket is conveniently located about a five-minute walk away. Cons: Unfortunately, the room does not have a mini-fridge, which would be a great addition. One evening, I asked the receptionist if it was possible to heat some food in a microwave, but unfortunately, this facility was not available. Parking spaces in the parking garage are limited. Overall, the hotel is great, and we’re looking forward to our next stay.

great seaview
I’ve stayed at this hotel around eight times, and overall, it offers a pleasant experience, mainly due to its beautiful location with a stunning sea view. The rooms are generally clean, although I’ve occasionally encountered small issues such as an empty tissue box or a missing TV remote control. When I called the reception about this, the gentleman on duty mentioned he couldn’t bring it up since he was alone, so I had to go down to collect it myself — not ideal for a hotel of this standard. Breakfast offers a great variety of choices, which I really appreciate. However, the serving staff could be more attentive — during one visit, we sat for over an hour, and no one came to clear the used dishes, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. The reception staff vary in professionalism. Sukeina stands out as truly amazing — always smiling, welcoming me back, and providing efficient, friendly service that makes check-in a pleasure. She really enhances the guest experience. On the other hand, there is another receptionist (I believe from Eastern Europe) whose attitude is quite the opposite — she came across as rude and unhelpful. Some improvement in customer service skills would make a big difference. Despite a few service inconsistencies, the hotel’s great location and some standout staff like Sukeina keep me coming back. With a bit more focus on staff training and attentiveness, this hotel could easily be an excellent place to stay

Excellent hotel perfect for our wee break
Very modern industrial feel to the hotel. Room was a wee bit chilly later on. Breakfast excellent. Staff lovely. Quite far from city centre but very easy to get to by tram, bus or train.

Comfortable, Clean Hotel. Good Location, Lovely Staff. A few insignificant negatives.
Nice hotel, Great location, Lovely Staff, Minor Negative Points. Ideal location for us. Clean comfortable hotel. Efficient, friendly and professional staff. Nice restaurant and sky bar. Overall, a pretty decent hotel for the price. We arrived at the acceptable check-in time of 15:00 to be told the room was not ready - disappointing. We came back a couple of hours later. We didn't have breakfast. Even for Amsterdam 19.5 euros per person for a hotel breakfast is a bit steep. We had breakfast at my daughters who lives a 10 minute walk away, Had it have been half the price we would have had breakfast every day at the hotel (which, probably, would have worked out well for the hotel as, personally, I can only cope with a couple of coffees in the morning, which help me to feel like a human being!!) Very fiddly and confusing light controls in the room. After a 3rd stay, we have still not fully mastered it. We will be back and will persevere! The translucent bathroom door is annoying - lets in light to sleeping area, which turns off after 10-15 mins. (OK, I know, - new world problems!) Overall, nice enough hotel and good value>

Great stay with just a few things to note
Stayed at Four Elements over pride weekend for my husband’s 30th. First impressions are really great, it’s a clean hotel and really modern - exactly what I was looking for! Just a few things to note. We found the beds to be quite hard- but we like mattresses on the softer side, so if you prefer the opposite then you’ll love these! There’s also some roadworks happening right outside the hotel, which means we had to get two trams and a bus to get to and from the hotel into the city centre. Just double check that before your stay, thankfully Amsterdam’s public transport is really reliable. Overall though it’s been a great stay :)
