Wonderful hotel in a great location to base your stay in Berlin
Great location, beautiful hotel, very comfortable and excellent staff. The room was well appointed with a wide range of complementary toiletries, mini bar, coffee machine etc and was kept clean and tidy by the daily house keeping. Large selection provided for breakfast in the sumptuous dining room; plenty of choice to meet all guests needs.

- • Only gripe was the WiFi was temperamental in my 5th floor room; worked perfectly when sat in the reception and or dining room on the ground floor.
A disgrace at the Grace restaurant
We have stayed at Hotel Zoo Berlin multiple times, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. At the Grace Restaurant, we were given a poor table and told no others were available due to reservations. However, as the evening progressed, it became clear that this was not accurate, as several of those tables were later used differently. The atmosphere that developed made us very uncomfortable, especially as we were dining as a family, and it significantly affected our evening. What is most concerning is how this was handled afterward. Despite raising the issue and providing documentation when requested, the hotel maintained a version of events that does not reflect what actually happened and declined any form of resolution. This lack of transparency and accountability is not what we expect from a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, this experience makes it difficult for us to consider returning.

- • We have stayed at Hotel Zoo Berlin several times and always enjoyed the experience, which makes this review particularly disappointing to write. During our recent visit, we had a reservation at the Grace Restaurant but were assigned a very poor table. When we asked to move, we were told that all other tables were reserved. However, as the evening progressed, we observed that several of these tables were later allocated in a way that did not match what we had been told. More importantly, the atmosphere that developed around these tables made us feel very uncomfortable, especially as we were dining as a family. This significantly affected our evening and overall experience. What was even more disappointing was the way the situation was handled afterward. Despite raising the issue and providing supporting information when requested, the hotel maintained a version of events that did not reflect our experience and declined to take responsibility or offer any form of resolution. This is not what we expected from a hotel of this standard, and unfortunately it has changed our overall impression.
