A disgrace at the Grace restaurant
We have stayed at Hotel Zoo Berlin multiple times, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. At the Grace Restaurant, we were given a poor table and told no others were available due to reservations. However, as the evening progressed, it became clear that this was not accurate, as several of those tables were later used differently. The atmosphere that developed made us very uncomfortable, especially as we were dining as a family, and it significantly affected our evening. What is most concerning is how this was handled afterward. Despite raising the issue and providing documentation when requested, the hotel maintained a version of events that does not reflect what actually happened and declined any form of resolution. This lack of transparency and accountability is not what we expect from a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, this experience makes it difficult for us to consider returning.
