Very welcoming place with comfort
I liked everything, the staff is attentive, impeccable cleanliness, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is spectacular. Close to the museum, you can walk there and all tours depart from this location.

The hotel is very large, comfortable, clean, well located. I particularly liked the art displayed in the lobby. Air conditioning working perfectly. I stayed only one night, but since I left early in the morning, I couldn't enjoy breakfast.

- • Considering the grandeur of the hotel, I think some facilities could be better. The elevator is strangely small.

Reasonably close for walking around. The breakfast is reasonable. The tapioca porridge is delicious.

- • On Sunday, I removed a clump of hair from the pool and threw it near the stairs. On Wednesday, it was still there, meaning no one swept or cleaned the pool area in 4 days. The pillows are terrible. Inside the shower, there is no place to put shampoo and other things. There is only room for soap. These are simple and inexpensive things that provide a lot of convenience to the guest. The bathroom is very dark, lacking a light near the mirror.
