Very good place, very friendly people.
The staff was quite friendly, always very attentive and helpful. They even helped us carry breakfast in boxes as we took a morning tour.

- • The only thing to change would be to increase the breakfast time. A little later. But overall, we had a very good experience.
Very clean, incredible location, and great value for money. Most importantly, their staff is exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to help us with bags, truly local recommendations for everything, and just making sure we had a warm and hospitable stay. We booked this last minute after another place we'd booked fell through, and I could not be happier we took that call! Ended up coming back to stay here again after our Ha Long Bay cruise.

Location in the middle of the old town a few minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake. Friendly staff. The room is good for the reduced price.

- • They pretend to give a super discount but the full price of 17000k (€550) is absolutely not worth it. With 83% discount, it is a good price. Also, the overpriced spa treatments are offered with so-called discounts. They also promote their restaurant with a Michelin-decorated chef. Fortunately, we did not choose this, it is in the same space as breakfast. As a breakfast space, it is okay but absolutely not a fine dining ambiance. Breakfast is extensive but not really good. Coffee is bitter from a large pot, Egg Benedict with already pre-cooked so tough bacon, poor hollandaise, orange juice more like a lemonade mix. Also, the staff here is friendly.
