- • A propriedade está completamente mal representada no Booking.com. Pagamos um prêmio por uma 'Suíte com Varanda', mas não há varanda alguma, o espaço foi completamente fechado e transformado em uma extensão do quarto. Isso é extremamente enganoso. Além disso, o quarto estava inaceitavelmente sujo na chegada - e informamos imediatamente o proprietário/gerente. Havia uma espessa poeira cinza por todos os armários abertos que arruinou nossas roupas não desempacotadas, uma barra de sabão mofada embaixo da pia e um pacote aberto e usado de xampu deixado no banheiro. A geladeira estava superlotada de água a ponto de termos que pedir para retirarem itens apenas para caber suprimentos médicos necessários, e não havia lista de preços ou informações sobre se os itens eram cortesia. Comodidades como a mesa e o ferro anunciados estavam totalmente ausentes, a TV não tinha controle remoto, o ar condicionado era antigo e mal funcionava, e a energia caiu várias vezes durante nossa primeira noite. As instruções para o café da manhã e Wi-Fi não estavam no quarto (muito pouco inglês é falado - e o inglês também não é nosso primeiro idioma - mas pelo menos tentamos), nos forçando a pedir constantemente informações básicas. Embora o gerente tenha reconhecido a falta de limpeza no WhatsApp e mencionado a demissão da equipe de limpeza, nada foi realmente feito para melhorar nossa estadia

It is a nice family atmosphere. We arrived early in the morning and were able to check into our room because it was available. The breakfast was very tasty. The whole accommodation is very pleasant and the staff are very accommodating. Many restaurants nearby. It was a great time

A rewarding find!
The inn is extremely clean, cozy, and the room is large and comfortable. Rich breakfast, with lots of fruits, cold cuts, cheeses, and cakes. All prepared with great care. Adriana is lovely, always cheerful! We loved it

Liked everything, very comfortable inn, with excellent outdoor area and bed. In addition, the inn staff is very dear and the breakfast has a good variety

- • O quarto estava extremamente frio! O chuveiro, embora consertado, ainda não estava muito quente. O funcionário (homem que fez nosso check-in) foi confrontador e rude. Nunca nos deram um tour pela propriedade, nem nos disseram que horas era o café da manhã, etc
Excelent service. The room is comfortable and very well organized, and the breakfast is great, with several quality options. The staff are extremely kind, polite, and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable

Very spacious room, comfortable bed, very cordial and friendly owners. Good location (between Paraguay and the waterfalls). The air conditioning is hot and cold (even though Foz is a region that is hot, we went in winter and a hot air made a difference). There are some points that are important for travelers to know: Soap/shampoo for shower is not provided, so you need to bring it. The shower is electric (for those who like to shower with a water temperature that can cook instant noodles will be disappointed), the breakfast is basic (bread, cheese, ham, coffee, simple cakes, fruits, cookies). Parking is on the street (apparently the area is quiet, we had no problems with that). But for the price, it's worth it
