A short and acceptable stay, but with a lot of room for improvement once the adaptations they are making are completed

- • However, our stay had some logistical inconveniences. Initially, we were assigned a room in a wing that was under renovation; the dust from the work on the walls caused allergies and minor discomfort in our throats. Upon our request, we were relocated... Unfortunately, in this new area, the elevator was not working, which was a great difficulty for the elderly members of our group with reduced mobility.

- • The shower is narrow and the pool area service should start earlier. The air conditioning kept turning on and off all the time, which is uncomfortable for sleeping

HAPPY AND ENCHANTING BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION!!
I loved the hotel's architecture, I wanted to know it and be there. Excellent breakfast, very good options, and good service. We loved the Pizzeria. We really liked the special transport staff, such kind gentlemen, knowledgeable about the places of interest, they recommended some that we loved, in general, it was a happy experience. My birthday gift!!
