Outstanding service
Outstanding property and service! I would highly recommend this hotel, the food, staff, and experience is best in class! Ufuk Ali is outstanding and anticipated our needs each morning at breakfast. I would absolutely stay here again. Nothing to complain about whatsoever. Cathy

Great location and amenities
Great location, close to Istiklol Boulevard. Amazing breakfast. Helpful staff. Didn't get a chance to use the spa and gym but they looked really nice.

Outstanding hotel and outstanding customer service at the grand Hyatt Istanbul
Outstanding hotel, outstanding customer service, breakfast buffet is excellent . Idil (from desk on 4/3), another lady at the front desk (I today 4/4 9:30 am), gamze (waitress at breakfast buffet), and Cem (chef who made omelette at breakfast buffet) were outstanding. I stayed 4/3-4/4.

The breakfast is ok, the service is good The staying is not great, coz my husband medication was missing from the room table!
