It's about a 10-minute walk from the station on a straight road. The cathedral is also within walking distance, and the surrounding area is quiet. The water facilities were a bit dirty, and some towels were thin and occasionally smelly.

Check-in started okay with I think her name was Angelina, but Vivvianna kept interrupting and took over. She didn't check her records correctly and advised that I hadn't paid for my accommodation. I said that I had, and she was rude and demanded I pay for the 1-night accommodation. After taking my payment, I asked her to check again, and sure enough, I had paid for it. Now I am waiting for a refund due to their error. This is the worst service I have received in our 6-week travels. Now the rooms, very outdated and too small for 2 people to shower and get ready. You only get 2 bath towels and a bath mat, no hand towel. As soon as you walk into reception, there is a very bad smell. This is one of the worst Ibis hotels I have stayed in. ***I do not recommend staying here***

First thing: the name of this hotel is misleading; it is not in or near the historic center. There is no restaurant, only a choice between one or two frozen dishes. I ate there, I wanted a little more vinegar for the salad, and it was not possible.

The receptionist attendant named Virgínia was very rude, treated my family very badly. I don't know how the hotel allows people of that level at the reception, very rude

Very welcoming and pleasant staff, clean hotel but very outdated room, broken toilet seat, burnt-out light bulb, worn furniture, and deformed mattress. Well located very close to the center. Paid parking

Positive: Very close to the center. The room was very clean, and the staff very nice. Negative: Room and bathroom very small and somewhat dated.
