Memorable hotel! I won't forget. Top service
Excellent hotel with great spaces and common areas. Very well decorated and with a memorable location facing the sea. Spacious rooms, well decorated and very comfortable. Excellent service and extremely attentive and friendly employees

Amazing stay
Amazing staff! Always happy to help with whatever you ask from them. The place is planned down to the smallest detail, both in aesthetics and comfort. The food is very tasty, loved everything.

- • It was a bit chilly during our stay, so we couldn’t really enjoy the pool, although we did see other people using it. Not the hotel’s fault of course. Hopefully next time ;)
The location is excellent for my taste, as it is right in front of the beach and you can ride a bike around the entire area and really enjoy the vibe.

- • The rooms do not have good soundproofing or insulation from outside noise. The bathroom has no sound insulation from the bedroom and offers no privacy at all. The room is not as spacious as it should be. The restaurant and bar do not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. I have stayed at both hotels of the group, which are next to each other, and they both have the same issues.

Top location of the hotel in Ralph Lauren style. The tranquility and serenity in the hotel is excellent. ALL employees are super friendly, even the janitors greet you on the street. Mega water pressure in the shower like I have never seen in a hotel. A great hotel with a unique flair. I would always stay there again. This makes the holiday in LA/Santa Monica an experience.

- • The price is quite steep but it is one of the best hotels in Santa Monica. Unfortunately, the bathroom including the toilet is extremely noisy, a shame for such a hotel!

Shutters on the beach
Excellent customer service. The staff was very friendly, and very attentive to details. I let them know it was my birthday and they had a beautiful slice of cake sent up with a glass of champagne. The hotel was perfect, very quaint and the view from my room was amazing. The room looked out to the beach. The food was yummy also. I was able to walk to the pier and you could also walk along the beach.
