- • una delle sperienze più brutte di tutto il nostro viaggio in famiglia, il personale che ci ha ricevuto non ci ha dato il minimo interesse a risolvere il nostro problema, trattati come cani. Per via del flusso orario siamo arrivati alle 02:00 quando il check in per l'albergo era alle 15:00 abbiamo dovuto trovare un'altro albergo e questo non lo hanno rimborsato. Da evitare e booking e complice di questo disservizio

It was a good size room and appearance was decent for a one-night stay. Staff was friendly.

- • The hotel is outdated which is not reflected on their photos listed on booking.com. The bathrooms were not cleaned and not only did my roommate had to kill a baby roach, but our friends in the next room did also which indicates and infestation problem.

Got stuck in Miami due to a snow storm needed some affordable
