Our stay went well overall. We were actually upgraded to a room category. The staff, service, dining, and location were very good. The bar and breakfast were excellent. Incredible bedding! A very high-end service without fault!

- • A bit noisy on the first night outside the hotel (garbage trucks passing 2 or 3 times during the night), but quieter afterwards. Unfortunately, there was a significant incident upon our arrival at the hotel that required the closure of the pool and the gym, which we could not enjoy. Access to the hotel from the street was also closed, but the valet service helped us with luggage and parking.

We loved every second. Very clean. Professional staff! The breakfast was so good! Amazing room size! I also used the spa and highly recommend it!

This hotel is expensive, but definitely not overpriced, perfect in every detail, and the location is so good.

Staff… every member of staff so gracious and friendly. General hotel… just great. Parking and porterage… fantastic. Truly 5-star, such a well-managed hotel. Gorgeous city gardens.
