- • It was 30 degrees and the air conditioning was not working. Tried multiple times to fix the air conditioning. Eventually got a fan. Other guests stayed outside the hotel at night for fresh air.

- • We arrived at 14.40, which is later than the check-in time, and we waited for an hour for our room to be cleaned, which is unacceptable. I believe the corridor is dirty, the maids do not vacuum in the corridor, there is dust and dirt in the corridor. If we didn't have a small child who fell asleep, we wouldn't have checked in at all.

Too bad for the unsanitary conditions, mold in the rooms, around the windows, and bathroom complaints
Nice staff, but the rooms need to be reviewed. I had to change rooms for my son the first time and the following times because there was a lot of mold around the windows, walls, and in the bathroom. In terms of complaints, it's really unsanitary and the price does not deserve this unsanitary condition. Even though I have already stayed at this hotel 3 times and have never seen this before, it is left to deteriorate. All 3 rooms were filled with mold around the windows, I had to move the bed to prevent my son from being close, I positioned myself near the window to prevent my son from breathing it in. It's not good for health at all, risks respiratory problems. I don't want my son to get sick, I had to leave on Sunday morning, even though I had booked 2 nights from February 21st to 23rd. I explained to the receptionist that I had to leave for personal reasons and I informed him about the rooms and their mold. He was aware and unfortunately most of the rooms are like that, the bathroom too. The staff remains very kind. It's a shame, I wasn't refunded because it's my fault, I should have taken the cancellation option.

- • I did not appreciate the hygiene and unsanitary conditions of the rooms, a lot of mold in the rooms, it's awful and very bad for health, it can eventually lead to serious respiratory problems. Please take this into account and check the windows of the establishment and solve this mold problem because the price of the hotel does not deserve this and no one deserves this. Health comes first! Thank you for your understanding

- • Upon entering the room, a dirty towel left in the sink of the bathroom from the previous occupants. Not enough toilet paper, no extra roll, had to ask at the reception
