- • Dirty and unpleasant smell in the rooms, there was nothing to eat for breakfast, we went to the dining room at 9:30 in the morning and everything was empty and not clean at all
The reception staff were all lovely, welcoming, and caring. The beds were comfortable.

- • The location is too far from the center. The curtains do not block out the light. In the bathroom, some things were very worn out (toilet flush leaking at night, had to repair it ourselves), basin faucets very hard to open and close. Soundproofing close to zero, you can hear everything happening in other rooms and in the hallway (people being inconsiderate). The hotel restaurant is to be avoided, a very bad experience (we sent the plates back twice, the chicken was smelly, dry, and the potatoes were cold, children's chicken was raw. We were charged a lot for something we didn't eat.
Great location for a Vatican/Rome trip, it will be the only good thing about it.
Great location! 20 minutes to Vatican City parking, 20 minutes to Fiumicino Airport during low traffic hours. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. They have onsite parking!

- • Incoming tourists smoking near the entryway or refusing to let us pass while they checked in. I kept explaining we were already checked in as we obviously had no bags.

- • Breakfast was small. Breakfast buffet, it was too small.
The receptionist's attention was excellent, it is a bit far, 15 minutes by car, but the hotel has private transportation, there is a McDonald's and a spectacular restaurant nearby for dinner! The breakfast was very good, plentiful, and economical. I recommend it.
