Good hotel in a good location.
The location is excellent, good breakfast, spacious room, friendly and helpful luggage carrier.

- • The front desk staff was young and inexperienced. The sauna picture in the elevator did not match reality and its heating did not work at all. The sauna stove elements were not functioning. A disappointment for those dreaming of a sauna experience.
I can't wait to go back, I felt at home 🌷
The room is extremely faithful to the photos, you will not be disappointed! Also, the sauna service gave us a very pleasant daily treat at the end of the day, after walking all day. The location is also excellent, we arrived from the airport by train + metro, every day we took the subway attached to the hotel exit (line 1) which connected us to the center and most of the city's important points, while on the way back to the airport we took the bus route (normal) + shuttle bus (3€). Last praise to the reception staff: always kind, extremely helpful, and with impeccable professionalism. (Extra note: they speak perfect Spanish and made me feel at home away from home for their kindness 🫶)

Very good level of all the basic needs of a hotel. Location compared to the center (out of the hustle and bustle but easily reachable). Metro stop under the hotel and tram 81 on the square
