Would not return
Stayed here for four nights and was disappointed! Staff were pleasant and the room was spacious but that was about it. The rooms are very dated in every way, decoration, carpet, tv and remote control, bathroom! The shower was so small and incredibly slippery. We only had hot water for one day, lukewarm warm for the rest. It’s such a large hotel but offers so little. No information in the room.Restaurant was limited and we couldn’t eat anything there. The location wasn’t great either in relation to seeing the sights, spent a fortune on taxis. Very little around , everything seemed to shut around 6pm. Thank god subway stayed open so we could eat! Would not return and would not recommend.

Not as expected
Extremely expensive and not worth it. The fittings in the bathroom were really bad. Stains everywhere. The fittings had rust on it. The exhaust in bathroom has webs all over.

Service and Stay Done Well!
The hotel is beautiful, accommodations are wonderful, the staff is excellent and the location is perfect. Dining nearby though you don't need to leave the hotel, everything is there at your fingertips.

Business Trip with Family
I went with my family to the hotel on business. All staff were engaging and helpful. The location is ideal as it is within walking distance of landmarks throughout the city. The views from the hotel are incredible. I found all areas to be clean and neat. There was a large conference going on during my stay and the public area bathrooms, hallways and conference spaces were all clean. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to going back on leisure next time.

Had a wonderful stay at Omni in LA
Had a wonderful stay at Omni in LA. Front desk was great in giving us options. It was worth signing up for loyalty for early check-in. The gym was great, nice views from the room, and all staff was friendly and courteous. Can't ask for more. The only negative feedback I have is for the car service. It wasn't consistent and we didn't have an opportunity to take it.

Love this hotel. The staff are above and beyond! They offer a shuttle that will bring you within a 3 mile radius, which is a great perk!

Fine Choice in DTLA (but skip the restaurant)
Nice rooms, very dated bathrooms, and terrible food, but a fine choice in the limited options in DTLA. An adequate place to stay in Downtown LA, particularly if attending anything in the courthouses or government buildings. The premier rooms were nice, large and nice windows, clean and comfortable bed. HVAC worked well, TVs undersized and low resolution for this day and age. Bathrooms were dated and small, with step up into bathtub/shower combo and motel level body wash, etc. Rooms are nicer than the Westin though the hotel lacks decent or really any good food and beverage choices. Made the mistake of lunch at Noe, and it was terrible. Fish tacos, so so, but their version of a caesar salad was spicy thousand island dressing glopped over whole lettuce leaves (don’t think romaine) and spicy but not in a good way. Terrible. Coffee shop is a miss unless you are desperate. If you like a larger nice hotel room and are fine with leaving the hotel to eat, and rates are not at a peak price (they can range quite a bit), the Omni is fine. Valets, staff are friendly and kind. Wasn’t acknowledged as a member of their loyalty program at check-in, but did get free water in my room at least. If looking at larger corporate style hotel for when you need space to work and not looking for a nice spa or luxury or good food, it is a fine choice.

Five Stars
Second stay at the Omni. I looked at other places and so happy I decided on this hotel again. Staff was amazing- from arrival to departure and every interaction in between. Comfortable room and perfect location for my visit (Walt Disney concert hall). Friendly bar atmosphere for a solo traveler and complimentary car service within 3 miles of the hotel which came in handy when it was raining. I will absolutely stay here again if in DTLA.
