- • The air conditioning / heating in room 310 (4 people) was not working properly, it was cold outside but the temperature could not be adjusted and it was horribly hot in the room. When we realized the problem, it was too late and not worth asking for a change because we would only be staying 1 night. The bathroom smelled a bit like sewage, although it may be common in Marseille.
Beware of your belongings! They were stolen during a training. Their cameras are useless because when asked to see the footage, it is not possible. No compensation.
