- • Breakfast was included in the price but was disappointing. The first 2 days the selection was very limited: croissants, a bit of cheese and ham, yogurt, cornflakes (no milk) & jam. On our last morning at 9 am for breakfast, to our surprise the cheese and yogurt were finished. When we asked if it could be refilled, the answer was that it was finished. So our breakfast included in the price consisted of croissants with a bit of jam. It's a shame that they present themselves as a B&B restaurant and offer such a meager selection.

In the heart of Palermo at the pier
The proximity of the city center and the sea. Within a few minutes you can reach the pier, which has recently been renovated, full of restaurants and bars. Modern, aesthetic, spacious rooms. The breakfast. Kindness of the staff.

- • We stayed on the first floor where the noise from the street and the restaurant below us was very disturbing, especially in the morning.

The staff is kind, especially Sandro. The location is good because it's a stone's throw from the trapezoidal pier and also from the center.

- • The unbearable smell coming from the kitchen that lingered along the entire staircase of the building. Excessive value for money compared to comfort and furnishings. Good breakfast but with few choices

Great location for walking around the city. Clean room and very comfortable mattress. Friendly staff always available. Breakfast with very good products, I would add more savory options and some more fruit.

- • In the studio apartment, the convector heater is very noisy and the boiler on the balcony activates every time the tap is opened.
